科技部近日发布一批国家重点研发计划2020年度项目申报指南。有意以我院作为项目牵头承担单位申报的专家，根据推荐单位上海市科委的工作安排，请于5月1日前，将拟申报项目名称、指南名称和项目负责人信息回复本邮箱。5月20日前在国家科技管理信息系统公共服务平台（http://service.most.gov.cn）上提交。
